Signature Couple Spa Therapy: 

 

• Spa therapy appointments are offered once per stay and are subject to availability.
• Timings will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be mutually confirmed at the time of check-in.
• Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session.
• In case of delays or missed appointments, rescheduling will be subject to available time slots.
• Therapies are designed for two guests and cannot be exchanged for other services or discounts.

Additional Guidelines: 

 

• Package benefits apply exclusively to direct bookings made via phone or official email.
• Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests with specific medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities are requested to inform the spa team in advance.
