Dining
We follow the Zero-mile approach for sourcing fresh ingredients for our seasonal menu. We have our own pesticide- and chemical-free garden to provide fresh vegetables and herbs for our kitchen, and we use manure from the resident Utsav Camp Sariska dairy cows and vermicompost to nourish the soil and plants.
How We Host
The hundreds of indigenous trees and plants planted on the property help maintain the groundwater table at healthy levels. These native species are naturally suited to the harsh Rajasthan summers and don’t require extra water or special care to thrive. To help reduce our water consumption, linens and towels are changed on request only.
All rooms are provided with reverse-osmosis filtered water in glass bottles rather than plastic, and every accommodation runs solar-power heated water.

Utsav Camp Sariska has 18 accommodations across 3 categories: 9 Stone Cabins, 3 Forest Bungalows, and 6 Forest Villas. Each is built around the trees that were already standing on the land.
Each Stone Cabin is 900 sq. ft. (84 sq. m.) and each Forest Bungalow is 1,000 sq. ft. (93 sq. m.). Each Forest Villa is a duplex of 1,800 sq. ft. (167 sq. m.) set over 2 floors, with panoramic views of the Aravalli hills.
Accommodations come with a king size bed, air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, and a spacious bathroom with a window open to nature and solar-power heated water. Each has a private patio for sleeping under the stars, and complimentary Wi-Fi, heaters in winter, and basic toiletries are provided.
Forest Bungalows are the most family-friendly, with 1,000 sq. ft. of space and glass doors opening to the forest. Families needing 2 rooms together can ask for Stone Cabins 209 and 210, which are interconnected. The camp welcomes children of all ages.
No. Room service is not offered in any accommodation, and guests are asked not to eat in their rooms so that insects and other wildlife are not drawn in. Meals are served at the Forest Lounge and at outdoor settings around the camp.
Guests can use the spa, the swimming pool (open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and not heated in winter), and a well-stocked library. Meals are served at the Forest Lounge, and bicycles are available with the camp’s compliments.
Utsav Camp Sariska is ~7 km, about 10 minutes, from Tehla Gate (Gate No. 2) of Sariska Tiger Reserve, the closest safari gate to the camp.
The camp runs a 100-kW solar installation, heats all water with solar power, and serves reverse-osmosis filtered water in glass bottles rather than plastic. Linens and towels are changed on request, and hundreds of native trees planted on the property help keep the groundwater table healthy.
